- We are preparing for SHRA accreditation. No homes or allocation waiting list are available yet. You can ask to be notified about future opportunities.
- We never ask for money to apply, to register interest, or to secure a place. Anyone doing so in our name is not acting for us.
- Your message is handled under our privacy notice. We keep it only for the purpose you wrote to us about.

Ask to be notified when a waiting list opens
Email admin@mcshd.co.za or call 010 502 0108 with the subject "Notify me when a waiting list opens" and tell us:
- Your name
- The area you would like to live in
- The best telephone number or email address to reach you
- Optional: how many people are in your household
Do not send identity documents, payslips or bank statements now. We will ask for documents only when a waiting list for a named project opens, and never by email.
If nothing opens, copy the address above into any email app, or call us. Replies within five working days, South African Standard Time (UTC+2).
What our reply means. We confirm that we have received your request within five working days. That confirmation only means we have your details; it is not an eligibility decision, a place in a queue or an offer of a home.
We keep your details only to tell you when a waiting list opens, handle them under our privacy notice, and delete them if you ask us to. See the privacy notice.
